In this role, you will be 

  • Undertaking product discovery in collaboration with product managers, engineers and researchers, and other designers.

  • Visualizing and communicating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps and user journey maps, etc.

  • Creating mockups, visuals, or high-fidelity prototypes to test ideas with customers and stakeholders

  • Designing user interface elements and contributing to our internal design system for use in our product development efforts

  • Preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders and leading the customer feedback activities

  • Identifying and troubleshooting design problems and working to continuously eliminate  design debt

  • Iterating designs based on external and internal feedback

  • Understanding, using, and contributing to product and brand style standards


Requirements

  • Work experience as a Product Designer of a product team

  • Experience in conducting User Research activities together with product managers and other designers

  • Experience in working on a product team, with a high focus on product, value, and learning

  • Able to blend discovery and delivery practices effectively

  • Comfortable in facilitating customer-facing activities and workshops

  • Portfolio of design projects showing skills relevant to this position

  • Knowledge and experience with wireframe and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, UXPin...)

  • A critical eye for discussing and evaluating the design and giving feedback

  • Being able to work with and evolve the internal design system

  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and cultivate a design culture in the organization

  • Good time-management and planning skills with a team-player attitude

  • You
