Salary Competitive

Put your hands-on attitude and craftsman skills into practice in our community-hub here at Talent Garden Rainmaking: We are currently looking for a Facility Coordinator.

Do  you want to help us make this house shine and be highly functional for our startup community, innovation school students, corporate projects and ecosystem collaborators?

You will be our helping hand, eyes and ears - supporting the operations of our coworking house and making sure our 300 residents spread across tech companies as well as our guests have a great experience on our campus.

This is a many-faceted position where you fix a lamp with one hand, call in a VVS with the other, and juggle multiple tasks, responsibilities, and requests within the same minute! :)

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure that our campus is in a good, safe and welcoming condition.

  • Ensure that all technical equipment in the campus is working properly.

  • Check and align the cleaning service on a daily basis and also in regard to extra needs. Manage the supplier in order to have a high-quality service as agreed into the cleaning contract.

  • Check and align the cardboard, recycling and trash collection with our suppliers.

  • Take care of day-to-day fixes and coordinate with  other providers if extra help is needed.

  • Take care of campus improvement projects within our open areas and offices such as painting, new lamps, ventilators, etc.

  • Take care of moving furniture, desks, chairs etc. for an improved campus setup.

  • Set up our event space with desired layout for workshops, panel discussions and our internal events.

  • Support event and catering execution and reception activities - stay tuned with the daily life of the campus.

  • Ensure that the house is ready for the night at the end of the day, so windows are closed, heating is levelled and the alarm is set.

You recognise yourself as:

  • A fixer who spots issues before they become real problems and is able to use the right tools and support to fix any house-related problem.

  • Jack of all trades who knows the in’s and out’s of repairs in a house.

  • Experience as a Building Repair Specialist or in a similar position taking care of a house/hotel/community-hub before.

  • Ninja at responding to requests and troubleshooting.

  • Very good knowledge of English language.

  • Knowledge of Danish language.

  • Great communication skills.

  • Creative, proactive and not afraid to get your hands dirty.

With us you want to become:

  • Explorer and experiment-maker willing to change things and try something new

  • Team-player willing to join a hyper-connected European team

  • Passionate about people and their stories

  • Happy member of a fun team, ready to not take yourself too seriously
