As the Growth manager joining our ambitious and fast growing Nordics Marketing team, you will take a leading role in driving the local agenda for our referral programme and optimising our customer journey across websites. You’ll be working in close collaboration with our Global colleagues to influence top-line growth and profitability in the Nordics.
You will be based out of our Nordic head office in Island Brygge, Copenhagen and report to the Head of Growth.
Monitor the customer journey of the digital referral program across Sweden, Denmark and Norway to create insightful reports based on trending performance and liaise with the Global referral team on potential program improvements
Develop, execute and report on our physical referral program, focusing on A/B testing of discount structures, creatives and customer segmentation
Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a local conversion rate optimization strategy and testing roadmap for the Nordic markets
Work closely with local SEO agency on topics like link acquisition, content development, keyword analysis and on-page optimisation
Analyse on-going operations together with local marketing teams and define structured plans to improve SEO efficiency
Deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements.
2-5 years of experience driving at-scale the online marketing mix, from a scale up environment, ad agency or top consulting firm
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Stats, Engineering or quantitative or analytical field preferred
Experience optimising an online marketing mix
Understanding of core concepts of subscription-based / SAAS businesses
Understanding of viral growth loops
The technical know how to do your own analysis alongside other like-minded teammates (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics etc.)
Strong relationship management skills with local and global internal and external stakeholders
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders
Proficiency in Contentful is a plus
