We're looking for a new Operations Manager!

As an operations manager at Hermans Danmark you will be a part of a dynamic team where you will have a great influence on the daily operation.

Tasks:
Responsible for 40+ cleaning assistants
Managing work schedules
Onboarding and training of new cleaning assistants
Quality control and reporting
Managing logistics of supplies
You are or have:
Structured
Minimum 2 years of experience in the cleaning industry
A 'people person' with leadership skills, who can attract, train, motivate and retain talent
A great team player and ability to successfully act in a multi-stakeholder environment
Fluency in English or Danish both spoken and written
