We're looking for a new Operations Manager!

As an operations manager at Hermans Danmark you will be a part of a dynamic team where you will have a great influence on the daily operation.

We are a company that is constantly developing and growing, and there will be great opportunities for you to develop both professionally and personally.

Tasks:

• Responsible for 40+ cleaning assistants

• Managing work schedules 

• Onboarding and training of new cleaning assistants

• Quality control and reporting

• Managing logistics of supplies

You are or have:

• Structured

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the cleaning industry

• A 'people person' with leadership skills, who can attract, train, motivate and retain talent

• A great team player and ability to successfully act in a multi-stakeholder environment

• Fluency in English or Danish both spoken and written
