What are we looking for in a Business Development?
As our new Business Developer, you will be responsible for helping us set-up a new business unit within our existing service offering. We have identified a need amongst our existing customer base which is best defined as a “patient-follow-up-service”. This service will be anchored within our existing patient booking team. In this role, you will be working closely with the management team and be responsible for implementation within the organization.
Your top responsibilities, but not limited to, are the following:
Implement CRM to support the process and team
Strategize on patient dialogue and contact
Train/coach the team members in sales/service process that align to what the service is aiming to achieve.
Follow-up on KPI´s defined with the team
Lead the team from the front – meaning, you show them how it done and are not afraid to get your hands dirty by calling patients yourself.
Report to management
And probably a lot more that we haven’t thought of yet…
What does it take to succeed in this position?
For you to be successful in this position, we expect you to be very entrepreneurial and have a couple of years of experience within inside-sales, and preferably business development. You have experience coaching and training co-workers. You are very extrovert, energetic and empathic, enabling you to lead a dialogue with dental patients concerning specific treatments.
Furthermore, we also expect the following:
3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within inside-sales
Proven success within Sales and Business Development
Experienced in overcoming rejection
Always go for the “win”
More defined as a hunter than a farmer in sales
Work independently and assume full ownership
Excellent English

Our office is at Refshaleøen Copenhagen -1 min from public transport. You will be working a normal 37 hours/week.
