Story House Egmont is looking for a student python developer for the office in Copenhagen.

Story House Egmont (formerly Egmont Publishing) is one of Denmark's leading media companies. We are passionate storytellers who develop content for both print media and digital platforms and we are growing rapidly in e-commerce and digital marketing.

To maintain and develop our strong position in the market, the Global supply department is undergoing a series of digital transformations and now is looking for a forward-looking student python developer to assist the team of IT professionals. Your agenda will be broad and cover many important projects involving procurement and supply chain automation. Your main areas of responsibility are to develop small-scale products with an overall aim to automate as many routine tasks as possible in the best manner.

In your role as a student python developer, you will get plenty of opportunities to learn from the experienced team of IT professionals. You will primarily collaborate with our Procurement team within the global supply department in Copenhagen, but also with your counterparts in other parts of the group.

Tasks

Develop python code for small-scale automation.

Data cleaning and transformation.

Participates in the implementation of a new data platform.

At ad hoc level, work focused on analysis projects in various areas.

Your profile

As a person, you are responsible, proactive, and a problem solver. You are easily familiar with a complex system landscape and have an understanding of technical solutions and data structures. You take your own initiatives and can work independently, but enjoy being part of a team and collaborating with colleagues with different skills.

Desired qualifications:

A master's student with an IT background.

Showcase expertise in python language.

Data extraction using SQL.

Advanced excel user.

Good to have Qualification

Experience from working in analysis tools such as PowerBI, and Google Analytics.

Knowledge of marketing automation systems, such as Power automate.

Experience from work in IT development projects
