Job Description

Your main areas of responsibility will be bookkeeping and reporting, furthermore we will need assistance on an ad hoc basis with setting up power point presentations and supporting the day- to-day operations. It is a part time position, the ideal candidate should be available 8 to 12 hours/week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating an efficient way for the employees to handover their invoices.

• Bookkeeping in Dinero (a very user-friendly bookkeeping system)

• Reporting in slide deck format and word document format.

• Structuring the company filing system.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Danish and English)

• A hunger for learning and the ability to perform independent research to solve problems

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.

• A general understanding of bookkeeping.

• Ability to thrive while working on multiple projects with strict deadlines

• Commitment to completing work on-time that meets or exceeds expectations of quality
