We're having a lot of tailwinds right now and seeing some great traction around our online family office insights and data platform, but we understand that to continue our success we must build our business development and customer success functions. That's where you come in.
Our customers include both family offices and service providers to family offices. In each segment, we have a slightly different offering and because of this, we might split this into two roles over time - unless you're a can-do maverick and suit both needs.
Mainly working with the service providers that we track (Technology, investment-related, crypto custody, banking and other).
Actively reach out to new companies that will be a good fit for our service provider directory and also work with inbound enquiries.
Manage our sales pipeline for various categories and feed this with new leads.
Pre-qualify leads and assign to other team members where relevant.
Help roll out our existing offering to service providers in new categories alongside our expansion of categories.
Support with developing new products for new customers - other consultancies, for example, are interested in using our data.
Help ensure existing customers are happy with the returns they get through our engagement and look for new ways to add value.
Work toward long term optimizing of our pricing.
Be accountable for the service provider's performance and success. We are successful if they are successful!
