We’re a green provider of electrical free-float car rental. GreenMobility A/S operates around 1100 cars across major cities in Europe. We offer users with simple, flexible and sustainable transportation. The cars are located, booked and unlocked with our app. Users pay per use and simply leave the car at any destination within our zones. GreenMobility is listed on Nasdaq First North and have 80 employees.
Do you want to use your sense of overview and good spirit to assist with making the green transition run smoothly? We’re looking for a full time Swedish speaking customer service agent at our office in Copenhagen. Speaking Danish, German, Finnish or Dutch as well is an advantage.
As part of our customer service team you will be among young and dynamic colleagues. Here we work as a team and help the customers with their challenges. You do so through email, telephone, and chat. Besides assisting our many users with small and large problems around our service, there’s still room for fun, competitions and to end the week with a beer with your colleagues.
You must speak Swedish and English for this role. If combined with either Danish, German, Finnish or Dutch it would be a plus. The customer service team consists of 6 fulltime employees and around 9 part time. We service the Danish, Swedish, Finnish, German and soon the Dutch market. Our office is in central Copenhagen.
The customer's primary touchpoint is our customer service. They’ll contact us if they experience technical issues, find things in the car or simply have questions to how things work.
You and your colleagues are responsible for a lot of coordination around our fleet of cars. You have the overview of where cars are located, their status and know which cars need charging etc. You’ll brief the Street Runner Team on their tasks, so the fleet is optimized at all time.
Empathy and overview
To excel in the role, you have a healthy amount of empathy and the ability to keep a cool head under pressure through calm overview. You will be your best when customers get the service they need and can get driving happily.
You are thorough, so all cars and open cases are in order before you end your shift.
You know your way around IT systems.
You like a fast-paced environment with a lot of positive change happening all the time.
Work hours for this role consists of both morning and evening shifts. Few weekend shifts will also occur. We are very flexible in swapping shifts and helping each other out.
