Then we might just be your next big adventure. At Famly, we’re looking for a Manager, Growth Marketing to plan, build and run our inbound and outbound marketing programs. There’ll be a big focus on driving and accelerating increased acquisition, and eventually revenue!

The team you’ll be leading is one of the three teams in the 18-strong Marketing & Brand department. Across the department we drive awareness, acquisition and upsell as our primary focus. We also do a fair amount of work on retention, referral and revenue driving initiatives - but we can chat about that later. We currently operate in three main markets where the US is a new adventure for us. That’s why this role is really vital to our growth - we need you on board to work with the already brilliant team to make sure Famly is in front of as many people as possible, and to make sure that those people always want to learn more about us. With regards to location, we’d really love you to join Famly here at Copenhagen HQ. If you're not here already, perhaps you're keen to move to the city that never rains? What you'll be doing

When it comes to planning, building and running inbound and outbound marketing programs, you’ll:

  • Lead a team of 5 professionals, and drive the day-to-day activities to successfully develop a comprehensive, full-funnel strategy.

  • Along with the two other team leads allocate budgets, select campaign targets, determine the tactic mix, design offers and CTAs, and set individual program goals and measurement criteria.

  • Identify, prioritise and execute a wide range of digital and offline campaigns to maximise new lead creation, as well as bottom of funnel lead generation.

  • Play a key role in developing and executing webinars, field events, trade shows, content marketing, customer marketing and product launches.

  • Create persona-based outreach and nurture strategies to maximise prospect engagement at every stage in the funnel.

  • Ensure that inbound traffic can be converted into quality leads through a best-in-class online experience.

  • Evaluate, select and manage marketing agencies that contribute to demand creation programs.

  • Enable our enterprise sales team to land revenue targets with the right mix of targeted marketing and ABM programs.

And when it comes to finding innovative ways to drive user acquisition, you’ll:

  • Implement testing strategies to enhance the demand generation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing.

  • Employ data-driven strategies to build and execute digital testing roadmap across messaging, creative, audience, frequency, and channel mix.

  • Think outside the box to constantly test new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, creative/copy, etc. - including content creation where needed

  • Provide proactive, innovative thought leadership to our growth efforts across the board
