The position

Butchers & Bicycles is a front-runner within design, manufacturing, and sales of electric cargo bikes, and we have a question for you! Are you ready to become a part of an award-winning company and join our skyrocketing journey?

We are opening a position as Supply Chain Coordinator (part time, 15-20 hours per week) to support our Operations & Service team. In this position you will have a central role in securing our value chain for our premium products!

Responsibilities

As such you will develop, facilitate, and execute our daily routines within logistics, planning, digitalization, and procurement. This includes:

• S&OP (i.e. demand vs supply analysis)

• Planning and execution of purchase orders

• Maintain product master data

• Optimize IT infrastructure/workflows

• Support documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications

It is important that you consider yourself as a person who is persistent with your tasks in a structured and accurate way – and able to juggle all the related deadlines. Other traits that will be beneficial for this role include:

• Currently studying/starting up at a master degree at CBS or DTU, or other relevant institutions. A plus will be focus on supply chain management and/or operations

• Professional English proficiency, in writing and speaking.

• Flair for IT systems (our platform is Odoo)

• Experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Good communicator, as you will be working with many different stakeholders, i.e. internally as well as externally with our suppliers.
