Limepack is a fast-growing start-up in the packaging industry. We are on a mission to make branded takeaway packaging available for the many, and our vision is to become the biggest platform selling branded takeaway packaging in all of Europe. To help us fulfill the mission and vision, we are looking for a passionate Italian-speaking employee who would like to play a key role in developing our Italian market.

As a member of our team, you would join a still small company of 14 full-time and 7 student employees, where English is the main language, and who will help you get settled into your new role. We enjoy each other’s company both at the office and at after-work events. In the position, you will gain valuable experiences within the field of sales management and digital marketing. You will work closely with 9 other employees who are working in the same area but responsible for other countries. You will also get insights into how our business is run and have a lot of influence on how to grow the Italian market.

Who are you?

You are a sociable person who enjoys being a part of a team where the mindset is to succeed in cooperation and to take on new challenges that could help the team grow stronger. You are a quick learner and driven by dialogue and constructive criticism while not being afraid to say your opinion.

• You speak and write fluently in Italian.

• You have previously worked with customer service/sales (Experience from the HoReCa industry is a plus)

• You are comfortable with taking and making sales calls with our Italian-speaking customers.

• You are ready to take occasional sales calls when not in the office.

• You work structured, and you like to test new methods of doing your daily work

• You are not afraid to accept assignments in new areas of work.

Your duties:

• Serving Italian-speaking customers

• Calling potential new Italian-speaking customers

• Cross and up-selling to existing customers

• Translation tasks for new products and blogposts

• Translating and setting up e-mail automation

• Helping with digital marketing activities in Italy

The position is 37 hours with a salary based on qualifications and previous experience. We have a union agreement with HK. The place of work is our office at Nørrebro, however, we of course understand that there sometimes are reasons to work from home.
