This is where your role comes in
We are looking for an individual with experience in Recruitment / Talent Attraction to join our Venture Studio team operating out of Copenhagen. In this role, you will be an integral part of the venture building team and help find the right people for the companies we build.
In addition to recruiting, building, and expanding the team for our venture studio and Entrepreneur-in-Residence and co-founders program, the job includes building community and culture around KRING and Entrepreneurs-in-Residence. You will also play a crucial role in the guidance of our ventures across founder team formation, organizational design, culture and talent strategy, employer branding, etc.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end recruiting process for our vacancies, Entrepreneur-in-Residence positions, and Co-founders for specific startups. You will help define hiring needs with the responsible Venture Building Partners and team, build recruitment strategies and processes, as well as manage candidate offers
You will be managing a pipeline of talent (Entrepreneur-in-residence, Co-founders, core team, Advisory Boards, Board of Directors, etc.) and you will screen and recruit across a broad range of roles from technical, creative/design, and business roles: managing ambiguous hiring needs for a highly fast-moving environment
You will contribute with screenings and talent assessments, reference checks, etc. in accordance with hiring needs working in tandem with the KRING Partner team.
You will be responsible for KRING employer branding and building a community that will attract potential co-founders and skilled individuals to our ventures and projects. This could include content creation for employer branding, arranging events, and participating in events to spread the word about KRING’s exciting opportunities
You will also research “ideal” co-founder profiles and develop archetypes and personas for successful teams. You will facilitate team-building workshops and exercises – both core team and portfolio company teams. You will also assist our early-stage startups in their first team hires including search and screening to find the right skilled people
You will help build and contribute to our playbook on competencies for HR, hiring tips, culture, team formation, etc. for all our startups to learn from in the future
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition capacity either in-house in a scale-up, VC, or professional agency. Broad expertise in hiring across different job families at different levels of seniority
Great people skills and proven networking ability
Experience in event management and facilitation of networking events - a seasoned community builder
Experience with administering HR tests and doing interviews and reference calls
Great communication skills (writing and oral)
Experience driving recruitment processes from the first point of contact to onboarding in a high-touch environment
The ability to deal with a high level of ambiguity, take new info into account when presented to you, and adjust your tactics
High personal drive and motivation, entrepreneurial
