About Bobbie & Beastie 

Bobbie & Beastie is run by Pia Ella Elmegård & Stine Frausing Kjærsgaard, and is helping entrepreneurs and brands build, grow and scale their business. We run a process of rapid experimentation in a search for real-world feedback signals. It's great for optimizing existing strategies and for testing new ideas or channels to attract customers, new employees or partners. Our method is transparent and data-driven, and we are obsessed with results tracking and documenting.

About the role

This is your chance to take control of our content production! You will be creating videos, building interactive educational material like quizzes, workshop slides and community content while tapping into your creative flair and building brand recognition with our audience.

As part of a small Bobbie & Beastie team of independent consultants, you will also be able to grow your skill-set and get deep into the rapid experimentation framework, creative content creation, effective event marketing and what community-led growth looks like.

Your Role and Tasks

• Create fun and educational content in formats like articles for media, case stories and social media posts.

• Work with various production methods within video, webinar, images, screen recordings and more 📸 🎥 👩🏻‍💻

• Tools include CRM systems like hubspot and pipedrive, website builders like Squarespace and Unbounce, design tools like Canva and many other tools like Rebrandly, Loom, Zapier, Photofeeler, Usabilityhub and Typeform 🛠

• We love to test new channels for clients, and work with direct customer feedback loops in channels like Linkedin Company Page, Newsletters, website, community platforms, webinars and physical events 

• Assists client work by developing experiment guidelines, customer research and results reporting 🤓 📊 📈

Your Week

• 50% Creating creative content formats for various channels

• 20% Client support

• 20% Post and engage on various channels

• 10% Evaluating impact and signals & learning from all of our experiments

Requirements 

• Fluent in English - preferably native-speaking

• You are not a stranger to tech tools and Google is your friend

• Strong grammatical skills and a love for words

• Experience with graphic design is a plus

• Bonus points for knowledge from tech platforms like Squarespace, Unbounce and Hubspot
