German-speaking Communication Student Assistant at Moonboon Kids & Baby Studio

Moonboon Kids & Baby Studio is based in Copenhagen. We sell Scandinavian-designed, safe, and sustainable products for babies and kids aged 0-5 in the European markets. In one sentence, we help kids and babies sleep better!

*This position is for students who are based in Copenhagen.

We are now tapping into the German, Austria, and Swiss markets. To get our journey started successfully, we are expanding our team and are looking for a German-speaking student assistant, who can support our team and is excited about jumping on board.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely together with the Branding team, you'll be in charge of our Social Media accounts for the German-speaking markets, including running our Instagram account with more than 25,000 followers

• Influencer Management and Outreach

• Handling and guiding customers through e-mail, chat, and phone

• Working closely with our logistic and wholesale partners

• Translating and copywriting from English/Danish to German

• Supporting our Branding and E-Commerce team with day-to-day tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• German-speaking (native) and fluent in English

• Strong communications and writing skills

• Creative mindset with a taste for analysis & reporting

• Result oriented & driven

• Positive “can-do” attitude and strong work ethics

• Located near or in Copenhagen
