Who are we looking for? 

We're looking for a data-driven and business-driven Product Manager who will serve as the focal point for all activities related to their particular product area. We trust that as a Product Manager with extensive experience working in agile environments, you are able to integrate business objectives, user requirements, technological opportunities, and available resources into deliverable product increments.

Our ideal candidate is capable of prioritizing what to build, taking the initiative and owning the process of solving difficult problems, as well as having the capacity to weigh risks and opportunities with sound judgment. Additionally, it is crucial that you have a strong collaborative style and the capacity to support team learning. Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will play an important role in our Product Organization, concentrating on business outcomes and setting priorities in line with our overall strategy. Furthermore, you'll be a member of a team that strives to enhance the current state of collaboration and productivity by working closely together to support Lenus' growth. Moreover, you will:

Lead product efforts within one of the product teams:

• Converge business goals, user needs and technical opportunities and resources into shipped product increments that make an impact in the marketplace.

• Express the quality and scope expected of the product increment releases

• Prioritizing the team specific backlog while asking for and integrating feedback from the team and support

• Establishing, reviewing and, if needed reacting to, specific KPI dashboards relevant to the customer and product domains

• Shape the product direction and communicate it to the entire organization

Define the opportunity, deliver the right solution:

• Run product discovery with a high degree of stakeholder and end-user involvement.

• Work in close collaboration with UX lead for your team – be driven by a user-centric approach, take part in customer interviews and observations.

• Work in close collaboration with your teams Tech Lead and engineering team to streamline delivery and create the best solutions for the job.

Drive adoption:

• Monitor and report on the health of the product.

• Review and follow-up on launched product increments and facilitating learning in the team to identify improvements

• Give input to and approve the go-to-market and communication plan of the product increment to maximize the value and the adoption of it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience working as an agile Product Manager.

• Good understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.

• Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

• Health and fitness industry experience is a plus
