Your daily tasks will include:

• Supporting our Head of Operations in running the everyday activities of the incubator.

• Helping us further develop the incubator and helping startups with your unique perspectives. 

• Contributing to our SoMe activities on LinkedIn and Facebook.

• Generating a strong community feeling on the Innofounder Platform.

• Coordination and communication with the Innofounder startups.

You enjoy:

• Engaging with founders and startups and making sure their needs are addressed.

• Having everything run like Swiss clockwork. This means keeping track of details, and developing systems, structures, and processes.

• Having responsibility and ensuring that all deadlines are met.

• Being actively involved with your colleagues – sparring and seeking (and giving) advice, feedback, and help. 

• Thinking two steps ahead.
