We want to make the world a better place by reducing the effort needed on boring administration tasks :) On our platform they can create invoices, subscriptions or integrate their e-commerce platform through our platform API’s. We let them manage their expenses via our web-app or mobile app, and even manage their payroll via our deep integration with Salary. More than 40.000 companies are registered and growing every day.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an energetic product manager/superhero, maybe just finished her or his relevant education or worked a few years with a team. As our new colleague you want to get mentored by awesome and experienced product people (designers and managers), in an open and social team.

We’ll teach you how we roll. If you wanna use the team slang, read up on Margy Cagan: INSPIRED before interviewing. You’ll need a passion for understanding customers, by talking with them, observing what they do and then collaborating with great product designers and tech leads. You’ll be part of both product discovery and deliver for your team.

Who you are

You find yourself interested in a lot of things. Marketing, UX, design and technology. We don’t care what background you have, as a product manager you’ll need to learn all parts anyway, and we’ll teach you what you don’t know already.

At previous jobs or during your education, you probably fiddled with a lot of tools, did some prototyping to evaluate market potential, or wrote some code for the fun of it. A product manager may come from any background.

What we do expect from you:

• Collaborative: You want to learn from others and see the value of teamwork

• Driven: You are self-motivated and driven to improve your product skills. You probably already acknowledge that it takes time to become great at your job.

• Responsible: We give a lot of responsibility to our team members, and therefore you like to take responsibility for what you are doing. You also let others do what they do best.

• Product skills: Doesn’t really matter what you tried before, we’ll give you a thorough introduction to how we do things, and help you build your skills.

What you'll do (or learn to do)

• Own the end-to-end process of bringing new awesome software to our customers. From research over ideation, development and launch. You’ll be part of a strong development team and do your part of the team work

• Collaborate with designers, other product managers and engineering to do awesome things.

• Define and evaluate OKR’s (if you don’t know it, look it up, before applying, as this is how we work). Analyze what worked and what didn’t.

• Collaboration with our cool Product Marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies with core messaging.

• Contribute to the shared vision of the Ageras Group ecosystem where we and our partner companies in the group work together. Don’t worry, you’ll learn this as we go.

• Never participate in “agile release trains” or any other words which really means waterfall development. We release 3-5 times per day, and yes we do coordinate when it’s needed.
