WatchMyDC is an event-driven ICT automation platform for full-stack IT, it automates most of the enterprise ICT operational tasks within minutes. Either triggered by an incoming event of by a single-click by the user, it just access any system/network/application on-premise or on-cloud, and deploys any small/large change to remediate any issue.
Join with us as SDR, and grow with the team. You will be one of our first liners, so we can promise you better.
What you will do?
You will outreach local and international customers, through various channels - LinkedIn, email and phone as we imagine. You will be smart enough to use various interesting tools to increase your productivity and efficiency.
Outreach to customers CIO, CTO, IT Managers, IT Directors, Group IT Managers, IT Project Managers, IT Team Lead, IT Service Delivery Managers, etc
Understand their ICT operational challenges
Convert those prospects to meeting (Sales Qualified Meetings - SQM)
Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver those SQM
Handy with various tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Aircall, Slack, Excel and your favorite tools to make you productive and efficient

What are the must to have?
Basic knowledge on enterprise IT operations, at least
You can explain what are the on-premise and on-cloud systems/networks/services
You know what are: servers, switches, routers
You can explain how SaaS works
You should be eligible to live and work in Finland. We are also accepting WFH remote candidates who can work in Finnish timezone.

We are a small growing team, but you may meet 50 others startup team on the common space, we enjoy working here
How do we incentivize you?
We are offering two options, first option:
First three months: a base salary
From forth month onward: same base salary + incentive-per-SQM ($$) + 3% from each converted leads revenue
From first month onward: incentive-per-SQM ($$$$) + 3% from converted leads revenue
