What will you do?
As Risk and Anti-Fraud Specialist you will support and further develop our funding decision making which is at the core of what we do. You will directly engage with potential and existing customers and collaborate across the Finance, Operations, and Investment Acquisition Teams to ensure that we have a strong and healthy customer portfolio.
This position is ideal for individuals who are inquisitive by nature, love asking questions and are looking to be part of an expanding organization. We are searching for highly skilled and collaborative people that understand the key drivers behind operating a healthy business and are able to identify possible risk areas.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance with established payout policies for existing customers.
Engage with potential customers on the basis of financial and non-financial factors and contribute to the decision as to whether they qualify for funding.
Collaborate daily across the Finance, Operations, and Investment Acquisition Teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Proactively monitoring existing customer portfolio for risk and fraud indicators.
From time to time, you may support the investigation of complex fraud cases and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on resolving these.
Research emerging and/ or changing risk developments to further develop our funding decision making.
Qualifications
Preferably a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in the world of risk, anti-fraud, collections or similar
Ability to understand, interpret and make decisions based on a number of quantitative and qualitative factors
Understand the key drivers behind operating a healthy online business.
Analytical and diligent.
Love asking questions and are curious and inquisitive by nature
Energetic and highly motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic start-up environment
Enjoy rolling up your sleeves, working with talented co-workers and contributing to great overall energy at the office
