Now we are looking for our first Talent Acquisition Partner who among other things, will be:
Setting up and managing our recruitment process
Identifying and finding suitable candidates (sourcing), helping them through the recruitment pipeline, and interviewing candidates
Recruitment partner for hiring managers
Managing our recruitment tools to keep our processes efficient
Helping in shaping our employer brand
Strong belief in our mission
A structured and organized way of working
Passion for digitization and digital tools
Excellent communication skills - Fluent in English
A proactive can-do attitude, unafraid to get things done on your own
Experience in tech, design, and marketing recruitments
Creative approach to reach also the passive candidates
Eagerness to deepen your understanding of the tech market
Energy and enthusiasm to the hiring process
Nice-to-haves
You have been working in tech companies and with remote teams
Experience in some of the following: sourcing, interviewing, employer branding, ATS development, collaboration with external recruitment partners (let us know if some of these are your strengths!)
German language skills
