Our mission is to make investing and financial advice accessible to everyone. Selma is currently available in Switzerland🇨🇭, we have +9000 clients, and are eager to scale our business.

Now we are looking for our first Talent Acquisition Partner who among other things, will be:

• Setting up and managing our recruitment process 

• Identifying and finding suitable candidates (sourcing), helping them through the recruitment pipeline, and interviewing candidates

• Recruitment partner for hiring managers

• Managing our recruitment tools to keep our processes efficient

• Helping in shaping our employer brand
