The role will include collaborating with the heads of each business line, as well as our Global Social Media, Creatives and Sales team, to optimize our marketing and sales funnels. Thus, we are working closely as a team most of the time, and we need you to enjoy teamwork. In a dream scenario, you have experience working in (or with) other European countries 🌎
As a Marketing and Growth Marketer, you must have a proven track record of executing campaigns that have delivered great results and resulted in a positive ROI. This is essential as your role in Talent Garden will make you responsible for reaching our agreed targets 🎯
Knowledge of the Danish market is a must-have, but your Danish doesn’t need to be fluent 🇩🇰
Main Responsibilities ✅
Definition of the overall Country Marketing Strategy in coordination with all business units (Campus, Events, School and Corporate Transformation).
Responsible for generating qualified leads for all business lines, achieving KPIs and targets set by the Country Lead.
Align with the different local team representatives to define specific marketing and comms actions for their targeted audiences, proactively suggesting marketing and communication activities to reach objectives (social media, adv, affiliate marketing, etc).
Manage social media channels and create monthly editorial plans according to awareness and sales KPIs.
Lead offline sales activities to achieve set sales goals for all business lines, from a marketing perspective. Including supporting digital marketing in campaign creation.
Lead online and offline events promotion. Manage communication and content plans throughout the events (invite email funnels, eventbrite creation, follow up content creation).
Content creation for website (blog posts and SEO oriented content) and additional activities to optimize traffic and conversions e.g. link building
Manage local PR, in partnership with the Global Marketing team and an agency/local PR company.
Engage partnerships with external, local and relevant communities through various networking and matchmaking activities.
Constant sharing and alignment with HQ and local teams related to business, contents and digital marketing needs.
Weekly and monthly reporting and provide feedback on your activities and results
We are looking for 🕵🏻♀️
A professional with 2 years experience in a similar role (agency or in-house marcomms). The candidate should thrive in a dynamic team and be excited to have ownership over a whole market and to lead the marketing strategy for our Danish market. Ideally experience in an agency or a startup with a lot of autonomy
A candidate who loves taking a sales approach to marketing. We are looking for someone who will spot opportunities to grow our coworking and events business and loves to get stuck in with creative sales activities
A professional obsessed with data: your business decisions are lead by data collection & analysis
A master of results monitoring: traffic, leads, conversion and sales
An excellent English speaker and writer, knowledge of one language among German, Danish, Italian, Spanish or French would be an advantage.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Canva is a plus
Prior experience with Hubspot would be an advantage
