Purple Scout ApS - part of adesso group is looking for a Senior Azure Cloud Consultant to strengthen and grow our cloud team in Copenhagen.

As a Senior Azure Cloud Consultant, you will be working on internal or customer projects. Your main tasks will include, but not limited to, migration to cloud, building new infrastructure on Azure, or improving existing solutions. We expect you to be comfortable with Windows and Linux and know or want to learn more about different Azure services, building and maintaining IoC. As an international company, we expect you to be comfortable communicating in English. Being fluent in Danish is a bonus.

The skills you don’t have – we can help you obtain, as long as you are curious and eager to learn. It would be nice if you can write maintainable code with one or more of the backend programming languages like C#, TypeScript, JAVA, or Python and if you are already familiar with different types of databases, otherwise we will help you improve your technical skills.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Main skills

• 3+ years of experience with Azure.

• 2+ years of experience in containerization technologies, such as Docker and AKS.

• Proficient in building IoC and CI/CD pipelines.

• Understanding the fundamentals of network design.

• Highly experienced in git, shell scripting, and automation tools.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools.

• Familiarity with different types of databases.

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Attention to the details.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with at least one backend programming language like TypeScript, C#, Python, Go, or JAVA.

• Understanding the fundamentals of programming and writing clean code

• Experienced in using test frameworks such as Jest, pytest, JUnit, etc.

• Familiarity with hardening, IT security, and IT compliance concepts.

• Familiarity with DDD, SOA, and Microservice architecture.

• Being fluent in Danish.

You don’t have to be a full-blown cloud evangelist with every single certification out there, but we would like to help you get there if you are interested.

Already Certified? That’s great! You will also play an integral role in customer case evaluations and sales, and as such you will also focus on customer service and hold that true customer-first mentality.

We do not work with the largest corporations in the world, thus we do not run year-long migration projects. We do however run more challenging, shorter, and more fun projects much closer to the customer.
