ROLE 🛠

We are expanding our Product Management Team and are looking for a talented Engineering Manager. You will be leading a team of engineers and make sure that the engineers are thriving, grow in their role and have the best possible foundation for working according to our engineering best-practices. We regard engineering as a vital part of our DNA and seek to foster the best engineering culture.

✅ As an Engineering Manager, your mission will be to:

• Manage a team of engineers to develop and support our product.

• Ensure fitting product-team compositions and lead recruitment of new engineers.

• Develop team members’ skills, promote career development and provide technical leadership and guidance to one or more groups of engineers.

• Influence and establish best engineering practices through solid design decisions, processes and tools according to our best practices.

• Ensure a productive environment for your team of engineers allowing them to grow and produce meaningful work aligned with business objectives.

• Work closely with our Product Management Team to make sure we maintain and further develop our strong engineering culture.

• Love to foster truly empowered product teams

• Have 3 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.

• Have hands-on programming experience in a modern setting.
