Marketing Student Assistant @ MATE (part-time/student)

We are now on the lookout for a Marketing Student Assistant to join our growing team. In this position, you will be supporting our E-commerce and Marketing team to drive the mission of Denmark's fastest-growing startups across all channels and markets. As part of this cross-functional team, you will support and execute diverse marketing activities including online campaigns as well as physical brand activation initiatives to further strengthen and position our brand in the market. The position is part-time and based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The brand sits at the intersection of fashion, technology, and mobility and has gained the backing of many of the world’s most famous musicians, actors, athletes, and business people. Collaborations with luxury brands such as Moncler or Palm Angels have made the bike a household brand and design item.

We are now heading into the next phase of scaling up the company and fully utilizing the momentum of our business model and market positioning – being the coolest and must-have e-bike on the planet.

Job duties and responsibilities

As a Marketing Assistant your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the execution and delivery of effective marketing programs to achieve company goals

• Planning and execution of on-site marketing events, such as test rides and in-store events as well as festivals

• Facilitating the creation of key marketing collateral inc. SoMe material, newsletters, etc.

• Coordinating meetings and project planning between our team and our performance marketing agency

• Managing the content distribution to all online channels and SoMe platforms

Skills and Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in your Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent

• You have 1+ years of experience with digital marketing, e-commerce, and/or event management

• Preferably, you have hands-on experience with content development/management and an eye for aesthetics

• Must be able to collaborate effectively with local partners

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and don’t shy away from social interactions

• You are passionate about MATE and you understand the USPs

• You enjoy being part of an international team and appreciate good relations across cultures

• You are fluent in English

• Above all, you are passionate about building things, love independence, speed, and flexibility
