Your role: As our People and Culture Business Partner, your main goal will be to establish a close collaboration between the People and Culture team and other internal stakeholders. You will find yourself at the heart of the action, diving into process improvement and opportunity creation, offering support across the employee lifecycle.
As People and Culture Business Partner in Queue-it, your responsibilities will include:
Driving our People & Culture life cycle: In collaboration with our leaders, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment cycle from writing the job ad to offering the job to the lucky candidates! You will be heavily involved in learning and development, performance, reviews, exit processes, and offboarding. And you will take an active role in developing our leaders in alignment with our overall strategy.
Scaling Queue-it in Copenhagen: Together with our other People & Culture Business Partner and Senior Recruiter, you will grow the team by playing a hands-on role in hiring, sourcing top talent, and building a long-term people & talent roadmap to help Queue-it meet the strategic business goals.
People partnership and talent mapping: You will provide partnership and support to relevant partners to maintain compliance and drive cultural alignment and an excellent employee experience. You will support managers in building and leading successful teams by offering expertise and mentoring on appropriate people management practices in your area.
Retention strategy: You will design and implement employee retention strategies in collaboration with our teams and People & Culture Director.
Good to have a Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
Proven work experience as an HR business partner
Excellent people management skills
Analytical and goal-oriented
Demonstrable experience with handling HR wheel
Good to have demonstrated ability with training and development programs
