Wanted: Customer Engagement Manager

About the Role
You will develop yourself to become the operational guru both for customers and for Ocean.io internally.
Your daily activities will include;
Pre-boarding and operational onboarding
Facilitating operational training for different stakeholders
Driving adoption and usage of our solution throughout the customer's lifecycle
Providing day-to-day technical support
Partake in QBR’s with the customers' C-Level stakeholders of big logos
Work closely with customer success to drive growth and expansion
It’s important that you feel comfortable being a spider in a web, are self-starting, and can manage taking care of a broad portfolio of accounts.
You will be supported by the whole company, and in return, you will also help out your colleagues. You’ll be part of the Customer Success team where your input is valued and where you can really take ownership and grow.
We're looking for ambitious people with experience in SaaS, who have preferably worked with Enterprise companies and/or organizations.
You must absolutely enjoy interacting with people and have some flair for it too.
Tech-savviness is needed. You don’t have to be able to program anything, but you must be able to explain technical concepts in a simple manner. You should have experience with CRM systems and preferably have some knowledge of other sales tools and an understanding of how data can be used in a sales- and marketing operation.
You'll also need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment. Cool heads are needed. You’re most welcome to put some order to chaos, we did mention scaling up, but if you thoroughly dislike change this is not the right company for you.
And last, but certainly not least, you need to be a team player. Your colleagues are just as important to you as your customers are. We expect you to respect and help your colleagues in the same way you would like to be respected and treated.
