With our rapid growth and the high number of coaches joining us, we are now in a need of expanding our team of Web Designers in our Copenhagen office.

The Position 👋

The position entails creating and developing websites and visual identities for our partners who are mostly a versatile bunch of fitness personalities. You will be working with a portfolio of coaches, providing them with expertise and creative ideas to improve and strengthen their brand. Moreover, as part of the role, you will be partnering with colleagues from different departments (marketing, CRO, Inbound Sales) constantly looking for ways to optimize the conversion of the websites.

What you will do 🙌

• Create concepts for new web designs;

• Develop web pages for our clients;

• Take briefs from clients and take care of feedback;

• Create visual identities based on our clients’ brand identity;

• Create and design assets from scratch (logos, page covers, etc ...);

• Actively manage a revolving portfolio of clients

What you will need ✨

• 3+ years of full time working experience in the field of graphic design, web design and web development;

• Solid experience with WordPress and page builders such as Elementor (Wix, Webflow, Squarespace are a plus);

• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS and JavaScript);

• Experience working with Adobe suite, with particular focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro;

• Hands on experience with working with clients and receiving constructive feedback;

• Strong creative, organizational, and time management skills;

• Have an eye for aesthetics, composition and details;

• Good communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions;

• Being responsive and collaborative with a can do work ethic;

We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who is proactive, excellent at time management and does not get overwhelmed by multitasking. You are a well-rounded designer with high standards for your work and meet every feedback as a way to improve your craftsmanship. You have proven experience in designing and building websites with keeping in mind brand guidelines and client needs. This is essential as your role at Lenus will make you responsible for a portfolio of clients and keeping their brand updated.
