We are hiring for a role essential to the success of our business. As Sales Operations, you are building and maintaining the foundation of the sales funnel. Together with your colleagues, you help create the seeds that we need in order to continue to grow our business aggressively.
You are the one who owns the leads management in our CRM, you make sure to always provide the sales team with qualified leads in a structured approach, eventually allowing our BDRs and Account Executives to outreach and book relevant meetings with decision-makers at leading companies.
How You Will Make A Difference:
Partner with highly skilled and experienced BDR and Account Executives to come up with prospecting strategies to create openings and opportunities with future customers.
Be part of sourcing high potential companies and the right decision-makers that can benefit from TwentyThree’s solutions.
Qualify and enrich the inbound and sourced leads to enable the team to lead a successful outreach
Partner with Marketing and establish the winning structure to automatically route inbounds leads to the sales team
Develop, own and maintain the leads management in the CRM (Hubspot)
Requirements
Passion for startups and marketing tech.
Consultative mindset and excellent relationship management skills.
Fluency in English and preferably other languages.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
Endurance skills, not afraid to reach out by phone, ability to get stuff done, and reach goals.
Self-starter, energetic, thoughtful, ambitious, engaging, and team player.
