As the new product expert, you will support our continued European expansion in an exciting cross-departmental role supporting sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Cookie Information is a tier 1 scale-up from Scandinavia, serving the largest and most well-known organizations within the private and public sectors. The team consists of 40 dedicated and motivated colleagues in Denmark and abroad; we expect the team size to double in the next few months.
About The Role
As a product expert, you will be the driver of the pre-onboarding technical guidance of potential clients, and you will be the internal expert. Together with sales and marketing, you will ensure that technical aspects of our product are explained and delivered effectively.
Crafting winning customer adoption, success, and growth strategy will require a good starting point. You will be serving top global 2000 companies through traditional one-to-one pre-onboarding demos.
This will be your responsibilities:
Working with sales and marketing attracting new and potential clients
Driving the project of implementation for hand-off to your onboarding team.
Work with the sales team to automate the online onboarding of new and potential client
Assist your colleagues in the Sales, Growth, and Marketing
Be innovative in your use of digital initiatives and tools to drive adoption and success for clients
Become an industry expert and earn the confidence of the key accounts
Become an expert in the Cookie Information product
