Who are we looking for?
As a Customer Success Representative, you will work with a segment of our customers across different business functions and proactively manage, support and maintain the customer lifecycle. We're looking for an individual that is a good team player, problem-solver, and passionate about technology –who also knows that work should be abalance of challenge AND fun!
Job Description:
Build and maintain relationships with clients and help identify needs and solutions to optimize their experience with Prezentor. This includes the implementation, onboarding, and monitoring the adoption and success of the Prezentor launch
Communicate with customers by phone, email, online screenshare, and in person while using a consultative approach to better understand customer challenges to create optimal solutions
Analyse client’s usage data to uncover additional use-cases and commercial opportunities, collaborating with Account Managers and acting as the “voice of the customer” when collaborating with other business functions internally (Product, Account Management, Sales etc.)
Be responsible for our Support function and answer customer tickets (with the help of our developers when “it gets technical”)
Act as the voice of Prezentor by providing continues support to our customers in their daily questions and inquiries

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience within Customer Success and SaaS experience is a plus!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish & English
Passion for tech and growing within the tech field. Quick learner and proficient in the Office package
Natural people person with a passion to build and maintain relationships. You are intuitive and able to understand different stakeholders’ unique needs while optimizing their utilization and experience with the Prezentor platform. Great Service = Success!
