About The Role

As the Customer Onboarding Specialist of Cookie Information, you will be the primary driver of onboarding and implementing new and potential clients. Together with the other Customer Success Managers, you will ensure the growth and success of our existing clients.

Crafting a winning customer adoption, customer success, and customer growth strategy will require a flexible and dedicated mindset. You and your team will serve the top global 2000 companies through traditional one-to-one customer success initiatives and a long-tailed customer base of 250.000 websites with digital initiatives such as Automated onboarding, Newsletters and in-product customer campaigns. You will assume a cross-departmental role working within the Customer Growth Team and collaborating across Top-Management, Product, Marketing, and Sales.


Your responsibilities:

  • Working on onboarding for our new and potential clients

  • Driving the project of implementation for our new and potential clients together with our technical team

  • Work with the sales team to automate the online onboarding of new and potential client

  • Assist your colleagues in the Customer Growth Team

  • Be innovative in your use of digital initiatives and tools to drive adoption and success for clients

  • Become an industry expert and earn the confidence of the key accounts

  • Become an expert in the Cookie Information product

  • You have strong relationship management skills. You ask questions to understand customer business requirements and know to translate the requirements into an executable plan.
