We are searching for a Customer Success Lead to join our fast growing business and take the lead of our team of 4 passionate Customer Success employees. You’ll be in charge of developing the team, guiding the team to take the customer experience to the next level and build a strong, high-performance team that thrives in our fun and ambitious environment. You’ll help increase our success on the Danish Market by supporting the development of service procedures, mentoring and developing the team and by taking ownership of projects to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
You’ll lead the team by example and are involved in daily customer contact – helping our small- and midsize business customers from the first initial contact until finding the perfect specialist as well as supporting our partners (accountants / lawyers).
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
Manage the daily operations of the Customer Success team (4 people)
Develop junior team members and make them succeed in the role
Ensure partners are successfully onboarded and their performance is continuously monitored to achieve high satisfaction
Resolve structural and ad-hoc problems
Manage the debtor’s process (reminders, debt collection, court case)
Support the Product and Tech team to improve the Ageras.dk site and the underlying platform for partners and clients
Support Account Managers in identifying up- and resell opportunities among current and former partners
Act as sparring partner and trusted advisor to the Managing Director of DK
Requirements
You are both our customer’s and the team’s go-to-person. You are people-driven and you motivate and inspire people around you. Maybe you are currently in a customer service team or a customer success role and want to try a team leader position, maybe you are a team leader today and want to join a fast-growing company. In any case you will join an international company that represents several different nationalities and a wide variety of skill sets with great possibilities to develop your professional career.
A strong candidate will have most, but maybe not all of the following skills:
Near-native Danish language skills and conversational English language skills
+2 years experience from a customer success role
Experience in successfully managing and supporting B2B customers
Motivational and inspirational skills leading a team
The ability to develop loyalty with stakeholders
The ability to consult and advice on the best solution for a customer
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Great collaboration skills and are a big supporter of internal knowledge sharing
No objection handling demanding customers
Maintain the highest integrity and compliance in everything
