As an Expert Liaison you will be the main driver of our project fulfillment, by managing project-specific expert contact, and delivering top-quality solutions to our clients within life sciences, pharmaceutical, and MedTech projects.
You'd engage our clients and experts to create a broad range of custom solutions including phone consultations, surveys and in-depth projects, events and teleconferences to creatively support our clients and their business needs.
You'll be running end-to-end project management of custom solutions for healthcare-focused clients including but not limited to project scoping, project set-up, client and expert engagement, recruiting of new experts, vetting and highlighting experts, project follow-up, and compliance.
Full-cycle recruiting – sourcing leads, performing various types of outreach, and pitching KGG’s business model to bring new experts into our network.
You will develop strong, transferable business skills – including client service excellence, written and oral communication, client and account management, time management, negotiation, critical thinking, project management, and the ability to achieve commercial targets.
Co-creating our procedures and product offerings and best practices, together with the executive team and co-workers
Leading customer retention efforts, thus growing KGG's recurring revenue margins.
Getting an insight into the coolest projects the scientific scene has to offer and working closely with the pioneers of the industry!
Have previously worked at an enterprise in the Life Sciences sector (preferably with pharmaceuticals)
Have experience working with recruitment
Be excellent at communicating both in writing and verbally
Is interested in learning new tools
Has an entrepreneurial drive
Act with the highest integrity and professionalism in all their endeavors
Is naturally curious, with a can-do attitude
Think creatively and focus on opportunities for growth
Exhibit constant attention to detail
Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over time
Be able to discuss highly scientific and complex topics with our experts in English
Have a Bachelor’s degree, or above in Chemistry, Biology, Medicine, or any other Life Sciences-related study
