As our new intern, you will become part of our young and dynamic VENZO_ Business Consulting unit consisting of 50 fiery souls working from our office in Copenhagen N. Here you will experience a flat hierarchical structure, high professionalism and focus on personal growth and prosperity in our engagement with many customers and projects of varying sizes and within different business areas.

This is your chance of experiencing the life of a consultant

As an intern at VENZO, you will get to try out many aspects of life as a consultant from sales activities and customer engagement to delivering and managing projects and helping expand our business internally. The specific activities will depend on the project engagements during the time of the internship, but you can expect the tasks to revolve around:

• Project assistance (scope, cost, timeframe, presentations, reports etc.)

• Preparing, participating and following up on workshops, meetings etc.

• Tracking on potential customer leads (incl. creation of sales material)

• Service development

• Internal process optimization

• Onboarding of new colleagues

You will experience that many of the abovementioned activities will happen in close collaboration with our other VENZO_ business units which will establish a solid foundation for your future professional life within cross-organizational consultancy.

Your personality, mindset, and skills matter

To thrive in the internship, you must possess strong analytical and communicative skills. Moreover, you must like to work in a fast-paced and cross-organizational environment where you will be challenged with many diverse tasks. In relation hereto, we expect that you:

• Are on your 2nd or 3rd semester of your master’s degree

• Have experience with MS 0365 applications

• Have a digital mindset and “can do” attitude towards any given tasks

• Are proactive, responsible, diligent, and innovative in your work

• Are customer-oriented and good at establishing and maintaining relations

• Have strong oral and written skills in both Danish and English

• Are interested in social activities and driving culture across our organization

You are expected to work from the VENZO_ Business Consulting Copenhagen office at Hejrevej 34b, 2200 Copenhagen N. The internship is a full-time internship for the duration of one semester with a flexible start date to be agreed with the student. Under the right circumstances, there will be the possibility for employment after the internship has ended.

Interviews will be conducted in weeks 16 and 17, and the internship posting will be removed once the right candidate has been found.
