Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about social media and who wants to drive our social media presence across different platforms. In this position, you’ll be a part of a driven, skilled, and multicultural team. You, together with the PR & Content team, will be responsible for driving brand awareness at efficient cost, driving channel engagement, customer and subscriber reach and retention.
Who are we?
We are a Danish-based beauty brand with offices in the heart of Copenhagen with 20 fresh and dedicated team members. We introduce a new generation of cosmeceuticals and beauty products for the picky customer. Since HairLust was founded in 2017, the business has grown each quarter, won multiple beauty awards, expanded into 10 local markets, developed 40 products, had more than 100.000 customers and the list goes on. Today, we have 10.000-15.000 monthly orders and more than 500.000 monthly unique visitors. We're on an exciting journey and we want you in!
Together with the PR & Content team, your primary tasks will be concentrating on, but not limited to:
Proactively ensuring brand visibility across social media channels and press activities
Assist the content creation process with freelancers, influencers, content creators.
Responsible for maintaining all publishing dashboards (Later.com)
Managing consistent content across all social media accounts
Scheduling and publishing content, manually when necessary
Record content for TikTok, and being comfortable in front of the camera
Copywriting for social media, website, press releases, newsletters etc.
IG Captions, TikTok, Youtube descriptions, event invitations etc.
Keeping the external presskit and internal content library up-to-date
Research current and potential social media trends well-fitted for the Hairlust persona
Suggest and implement new concepts to further develop brand awareness
Stay up-to-date with current technologies, design tools / applications.
Assist the Senior Creative Concept Producer on set during photo- and video shoots.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
Ad hoc tasks
The right candidate profile might look like this:
1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Experience with various SoMe platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)
Experience working with different SoMe Dashboards (e.g. Later.com)
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Copywriting experience is a bonus
Comfortable behind as well as in front of the camera
Good time management and organizational skills
Able to work independently and take initiative, while collaborating with your team
