🔥 What’s the role about
You would be based in our Copenhagen HQ, however, you will also be in charge of ensuring a great tech experience both on-site and remote for all Rokoko locations. Be ready to meet a diverse workforce and take on challenges across different locations.
Your mission as our IT Ops Specialist will be to grow and mature an IT infrastructure that is the foundation to every Rokoko’s employee daily work and creativity. You will be reporting directly to our COO and closely working with our People & Product Team. With this role, you’ll have a strong say in framing and growing the IT department. Right off the bat, this role will require a broad and open approach from your side - one day you’ll be the roll-up one's sleeves type, while other days might require you to come up with new solutions and concepts in response to the challenges we have.

👉 What you’ll be doing
Create and maintain our technical documentation of IT systems and processes and be the single point of contact for all Rokoko employees.
Set up, manage, and troubleshoot the technology systems that Rokoko uses to maintain computer and software networks in proper shape.
Define, install and update the company hardware and software as required, whilst establishing employee hardware packages in a cost-efficient way.
Diagnose connectivity or data access problems, answering questions about hardware or software to our new and existing employees.
Ensure that everything hardware and software, as well as networks and servers, work seamlessly.
Build and maintain a system where data is securely stored and easily accessible.
Manage the entire IT infrastructure of Rokoko across all locations.
Identify issues and come up with appropriate improvements for our hardware or software systems.
Taking ownership when it comes to information security practices and procedures that will protect our organization from intrusion.
Together with the People Team make sure that our newcomers have everything they need throughout their onboarding journey and troubleshoot any computer problems.
🕵️ We’re keen to meet someone that...
Has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field with a minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role. Our ideal candidate has 5 years of previous experience in a technical support role and is familiar with a range of software and hardware.
Has strong analytical and technical skills. Is a core problem solver and is no stranger to the latest trends in the security and IT field.
Has excellent knowledge of hardware and software configuration for servers, networks, computers, and peripherals.
Possess effective time management skills necessary to plan and complete daily tasks but also long-term initiatives in an autonomous way. Our new colleague will be taking ownership in anticipating and reporting the cost of replacing or updating our hardware and fully handling asset management for all offices and locations.
Has a strong eye for detail and excellent prioritization skills. Stands out with a technical and logical thought process.
Possess excellent customer service skills and is able to guide and explain in easy language everything that they rock at technically speaking.
