About the role
As our Lead Marketing Automation Specialist you’re going to take the lead on developing our marketing automation roadmap. That involves building marketing automation flows and integrating new channels and data sources, as opportunities arise. We have recently integrated a new marketing automation platform, Customer.io - and that’s going to be your main playing field.
You’re going to develop and operate across a full customer lifecycle from acquiring new customers - to winning back customers who leave. You’re going to be a key part of our growth team and will refer to Female Invest’s Head of Growth.

Drive Female Invest’ marketing automation roadmap
Analyze and develop marketing automation flows across customer journey
Integrate data sources to secure intelligent sending and execute on new opportunities
End-to-end execution on marketing automation initiatives

You are driven by results and have proven success from similar job positions
Preferably from a subscription service or agency covering full customer lifecycle. It’s natural for you to balance commercial focus with customer experience.
You are a go-getter
Who’s not afraid to get your hands dirty and take lead. You have executional experience in developing a marketing automation platform and setting up advanced marketing automation flows.
You are a team player
And you have a natural ability to make people around you want to work with you. You will work in close collaboration with our content and occasionally our in-house IT team.
You are technical
Marketing is technical. So you understand how to structure data and are familiar with advanced use of Zapier or similar. API’s, Scripts and HTML is also something you are familiar with.
