  • To set up monitor and optimize paid social media campaigns with our Paid Ads Specialist.

  • To identify bottlenecks in marketing funnels, landing pages and onboarding flows.

  • To analyze performance data to ensure profitability

  • To maintain a high level of up-to-date knowledge of best practices within social media and digital marketing advertising

  • To effectively communicate wins, identify trends, and proactively recommend future strategy to your team

  • To create detailed reports from Google Analytics and media platforms and translate that data into qualitative findings

  • To work collaboratively with our marketing-, creatives-, and sales team to set and meet expectations


Who Are You ? 🔎

You are structured and creative,  and you are the person in your group of friends who 'makes things happen'. 🕶️

Preferably you have approximately 3-5 years of experience from other positions such as: Marketing automation Manager, Sales Automation Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Marketer, Growth Manager/specialist, Growth Hacker, Paid Social Specialist etc.

We are seeking a talented, dedicated and analytical individual who is experienced in creating paid advertising campaigns in the Facebook Business Manager and other marketing channels.

The role will include collaborating with our existing Social Media, Creatives and Sales team to optimize our marketing and sales funnels. Thus, we are working closely as a team most of the time and we need you to enjoy teamwork. As a growth hacker, you must have a proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns and bottlenecks, that have delivered great results and resulted in a positive ROI. This is essential as your role at Zenfit will make you responsible for reaching our agreed targets. We welcome and encourage all nationalities to apply!


Qualifications and experience we imagine you have to succes in this role are the following 👩‍💻:

  • You have experience in planning, buying and executing digital advertising campaigns

  • You're fluent in English both written and verbally

  • You thrive with writing compelling copywriting 

  • You have experience with developing creative concepts

  • You have strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze key metrics to optimize paid campaigns and reduce cost per acquisition

  • You have proficiency with Google Analytics and Hubspot (our CRM system)

  • You have 1+ years experience with leading a team of min. 2 employees

  • You have experience with TikTok and YouTube ads (considered a plus)

The vast amount of client leads are attracted through the use of channels like Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok where both organic and paid content is guided, created, managed and monitored by the marketing team.
