Through our intelligent, full-suite personal trainer CRM platform and coach-branded web and mobile apps, the clients can follow meal and workout plans, track progress and stay in touch with their coach. Our business grows at a rapid speed and we’re looking to grow our Business Intelligence and Data team with an Associate BI Specialist to help proliferate insights throughout the organisation and provide the foundations for data-driven decision making.

The Position 👋

You will join us in our Business Intelligence and Data team as an Associate BI Specialist focusing on identifying and designing solutions that improve business performance and operational efficiency. The role entails a high level of autonomy and you will be responsible for the entire process from requirement identification till successful adoption of deliverables.

As an Associate BI Specialist, you will:

🖥 - Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions (Finance, Marketing, Sales amongst others) to understand data requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.

🎨 - Design functional and easily interpretable visualizations that drive decision making.

👨‍🏫 - Conduct workshops to educate teams on how to incorporate data in their daily processes.

The Team 🙌

You will be a valued member of our close-knit team consisting of two Business Intelligence Student Assistants, an Automation Engineer, a Data Infrastructure Specialist and a Data Scientist, and two other BI Associate Specialists led by Adithya (goes by Ady) the Business Intelligence Team Lead.

Our team is driven by excellent cooperation and dynamic sparring. We take ownership of our projects, come up with new ideas and strive to deliver with the highest quality. Our team is trusted with a great amount of responsibility and we take pride in our autonomous way of working. We trust each other to speak up if feeling stuck or if a new perspective is needed and you’ll find us chatting and sparring throughout the day.

Daily, we come together over our 15 o’clock coffee break and express ourselves through customized memes (Pepe is a fave). Also, as we’re all expats we have naturally become a part of each other's lives outside Lenus through monthly board game nights, sports activities, team dinners, boat trips, etc.

The Person we are Looking for 🔍👀

You are familiar with:

🎨 - Tableau, preferably 0-2 years of full experience (significant part time experience is also OK)

🗄️ - Alteryx (Optional)

You are the kind of person that:

📋 - Are curious, proactive and a quick learner with solid business understanding

👨‍💻 - Love visualizing complex datasets.

🙌 - Have experience and/or willingness to work in a fast-paced agile environment.

💪 - Are motivated by professional challenges and intellectual sparring.

You might be freshly graduated or have a couple of years of experience (0-2 years is OK), either way, we have experienced people on our team ready to teach you and help facilitate your career development.

We are currently located at the luxurious Woods Office Augusthus at DR Byen but will be moving to our forever-home in Carlsberg Byen from Q2 2022. We are looking for someone already in Denmark, who can join us in the office and cares greatly about forming social bonds IRL.
