With an average rate of 20 new hires a month, our IT support team is the one-stop-shop for each employee’s new computer and tech setups, as well as any technical issues that may arise along the way.

That's where YOU come into the picture. We’re on the lookout for an IT support, who has experience working with some sort of IT support. We’re looking for someone who is approachable and service-minded, an all-round people person. Someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and flexible - as things change very quickly!

Through our intelligent, full-suite personal trainer CRM platform and coach-branded web and mobile apps, the clients can follow meal and workout plans, track progress and stay in touch with their coach. Our software has already helped people lose over 500.000 kg (and still counting) and change their life with healthy habits, workouts, and nutrition.
As one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in Europe, we not only have a great product, but also an incredible team of over 350 people, located across several markets (Denmark, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany, the USA, and more to come) that are waiting to be further developed.
Who are You? 🙌
Are tech-savvy and a quick learner (we use a lot of different tech in Lenus)
Experience using Mac and Apple products in general
Experience or knowledge about mobile device management (MDM) is a plus, but not mandatory
Thrive in a busy and energetic environment - and pride yourself in helping others!
It is important that you are already located in Denmark
Responsibilities and Tasks - What You Will Be Doing 💪
Support and assist your colleagues with all sorts of issues either with software or hardware
Onboarding, setting up users in Google workspace and granting them access to relevant apps
Purchasing hardware
Setting up Macbooks for new colleagues (our environment primarily consists of MacBooks, they will need to be set up and updated for our colleagues)
Asset management - we reuse all of our hardware and it’s important to keep track of it all
