𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We are looking for mobile app front-end engineers, with experience in React Native. You will join a growing tech team consisting of back-end and front-end engineers, UI/UX, a product owner and an architect. Together, we will bring our vision to life, and you will be responsible for the mobile app front-end. We are in the initial design and architecture phases - so you will be a part of our journey from the very beginning!

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Work closely with founders, product management, UI/UX and the rest of the engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, user experience and solution design for our mobile app.

• Be a proactive member of a self-running team, leading standups on a rotational basis, taking ownership in retrospectives, and so on.

• Work across the E2E development cycle for front-end mobile app development, including: defining technical specifications for user stories, implementing user stories, quality assurance and PR reviews.

𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒕 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 We will be developing the mobile front-end in ReactNative, so development experience in this is a requirement. Experience with Flutter, Javascript and React.js will be a plus, so please highlight this in your application.

𝑨𝒈𝒊𝒍𝒆 & 𝑪𝑰/𝑪𝑫 Female Invest’s tech team is organized as an Agile team, and we are working towards CI/CD. Understanding these ways of working and development on a cultural and practical level are key in this role: hands-on experience is not a requirement, but demonstrating understanding of it is.

𝑨 𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒓-𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉 At Female Invest, our users - whether internal or external - are at the heart of what we do. Although we have a dedicated UI/UX team, your input on how we can create the best mobile app user experience will be a plus.

𝑰𝒏𝒅𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒔𝒆 Female Invest touches a number of different areas: financial education, e-commerce, community and social media, personal finances and - of course - trading. Experience within any of these areas would be a plus, please highlight these in your application.
