DESCRIPTION

 We are looking for a Community Manager who has a passion for games but also has experience with crypto/blockchain. As a community manager, you will assist with community-focused campaigns and be knowledgeable about the cryptocurrency industry in general to create content for our communities with accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Explore new community friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of Dynasty local user base and influence.

• To scale up and manage local online and offline communities. 

• Manage the chat groups, social platforms forums, and to engage with the community to increase positive engagement.

• To work on cross platforms that target the community such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Twitch, YT, as well as interacting with social media sites to continuously increase the volume of followers.

• Share feedback and user suggestions with relevant teams within Dynasty. 

• keep up to date with the latest digital trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience as a community manager. 

• Has previously worked on social media campaigns within blockchain and crypto communities.

• Experience in working in large communities where you would need to research interesting and stand-out content online.

• Previous track record of scaling growth and maintaining online communities 

• Proficient in analyzing, tracking, and reporting on social data. 

• Experience in collaborating with other areas of the business to provide user feedback. 

• Great verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and with a strong sense of time management.
