Make Influence!

We’re a Copenhagen based start-up, in the midst of exponential growth. Growth which is fueled by a common goal: to change the world of influencer marketing as you (and we) know it.

In here we’re all octopi (not actual cephalopods, it’s a metaphor 😉 ) and that’s how we get stuff done: we work hard, and yes, cliché as it sounds, we play hard.

In short, Make Influence is a Copenhagen based startup on a mission to change the world of influencer marketing, by making it more fair and transparent.

To achieve this, we have created a marketplace where companies and influencers can meet and start successful collaborations that are driven by data, not gut feelings. 🤝📊

But being an intern is just doing low-level, hand-me-down work, right?

Wrong.

At Make Influence, you won’t be expected to grind endlessly with low-level semi-redundant assignments. You’ll have your own projects to work on, and you’ll participate in companywide meetings that will help shape the visual identity that Make influence takes, on our path to world domination.

Who are you?

• You’re driven, and you see this as a learning opportunity.

• You have a strong interest in digital marketing, and in particular social media marketing. Ideally, you would like to become an expert in influencer marketing, and are ready to research a lot about it.

• You LOVE WRITING (yes, we want you to actually be happy with what you are going to do), and strive to create pieces of content that stand out from the crowd of resources you can find online.

• You understand the importance of patience and dedication, and are ready to do your research before writing a new piece.

• You believe in yourself, and take initiative on your own part (Yes all the classic corporate jargon, but to reiterate: you’ll be playing a large role in the content we produce, and the campaigns we run).

• You’re able to step from your task, and look at it through a critical lens, with the intent to learn from your mistakes.

• You can kill your darlings in a heartbeat.

• You have reasons for everything you produce.

• You are EXTRA fluent in English, ideally also Danish and or Swedish.

• You are able to work 25+ hours a week (4/5 days) for a minimum of 3 months, preferably from our office in central copenhagen.

So what do we expect from you?

In partnership with our marketing team (and sometimes sales and success teams) and responding to the Growth Lead, you will:

• Pick up on our product, influencer marketing industry and our target audiences quickly.

• Understand our SEO strategy and content strategy quickly.

• Research new content opportunities based on content strategy.

• Execute existing content plan by writing blog posts, guides and emails that stand out from the crowd and position us as key opinion leaders. You will get to write pieces both from your own research and as requested by the marketing team.

• Contribute creatively with ideas and constructive input.
