People are the heart of our company, and therefore we are on the lookout for new talents within communications, project management, or similar to support our rapidly growing customer base as a Project Coordinator Intern. As an intern with us, you will become a part of our talent program and work from our beautiful office in Copenhagen, Nordhavn. We are searching for skilled project coordinator interns eager to learn and make a difference with our Client Succes Team to give our customers the best possible conditions for improving their organizational communication and employee engagement through our personalized apps. Therefore, you will learn to structure, communicate and project manage the process of bridging and facilitating complex knowledge and ideas from diverse stakeholders into solutions, which ultimately will lead to a personalized app and proposals for our clients. 🤝💼


As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will work side by side with our Project Managers supporting them in their collaboration with our clients. Your role will include, but will not be limited to gaining knowledge within:

  • How to transfer knowledge of the client’s vision goals and complete the project information with internal resources and the client's team. 

  • How to regularly communicate with the team internally and externally 

  • How to make sure that the project is kept on track, schedule management, forecasting of resources according to the project plan, and how to bring creative success to the customer experience 

  • How to gather new requirements and issue change orders 

  • How to take care and work with the implementation process from A to Z. 

  • How to collaborate with multiple internal departments such as the sales team, product team, development, and support 

  • How we practice development initiatives by developing service offerings, methodologies, and other intellectual capital. 

  • How we assist in the solution's configuration to support the client’s needs and drive value to their organization. 


Who are you?

  • You’re an organizer with a creative mind who loves structure and is eager to learn and develop.

  • You’re not afraid to bring your ideas to the table and challenge the ordinary. 

  • You’re a team player, both on and off the field. 

  • You have a strong work ethic with a high-performance gene but are always humble to the core.

  • You’re going for the gold. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right every single time.

  • You have experience and interest in communication, project management, and perhaps software and apps.

  • You can work full-time during your internship (a minimum of 4 months)

  • You are perhaps studying for a degree in communication, project management, or IT.

  • You must have impeccable Danish and English skills (both verbally and written)🇩🇰🇬🇧
