At Feats, we’re looking for a (junior) Digital Product Designer to join us in building our platform for web and mobile. If you’re an aspiring Product- or UX Designer with great visual skills or a Multimedia / Digital Designer with a nose for UX and research; then we'd really like to hear from you!

Being part of a startup means two days are rarely the same, and you’ll be flexing your design skills across the entire Double Diamond. In this position you’ll be working closely with our experienced Product Lead and Design Lead, who will help you to continue growing your skills. You’ll also collaborate with our Junior UX Designer, our Community team, Developers and the rest of the crew. Building a thriving business is above all else a team effort. It’s also a unique opportunity to influence both the product as well as the culture. 

Your main tasks will include:

• Brainstorm and sketch-out innovative solutions for our product (www.feats.co)

• Design interface mockups (for mobile & web) in Figma using our established Design System

• Set up prototypes, write design specs and collaborate with developers on implementation

• Research, test and ideate solutions in collaboration with our Junior UX Designer

• Help improve our design and experience in terms of usability, accessibility, and humane design

• On occasion, design graphics for our website, SoMe and events

The right person needs to have:

• Basic knowledge of and skills in using Figma (Auto Layout, Styles, Components, Plugins)

• Proficiency communicating in English (Danish is a plus, but not a must)

• At the very least a few months and up 1 year of experience doing similar work

• A proactive "go-do" attitude and high motivation to learn and improve

Bonus points if you have:

• One or more projects demonstrating your UX/UI skills, preferably mobile designs

• Experience working with a Design System

• A burning passion for backing up Design decisions with Data and Research

• Interest in Visual Design and helping shape our Brand 🕺

We’re not going to throw all those cheesy buzzphrases at you “agile processes,” “work hard play hard.” Our team is the company, and we highly value collaboration, honesty and openness.

Our base is in central Copenhagen in the amazing offices of NOMAD Workspace in Nørrebro. We generally have a “work from anywhere” philosophy, but would like you to be able to join us for at least a few days of the week at the office.
