As our new Client & Partnership Consultant, you will be joining our team of consultants, focusing on building and maintaining client partnerships, handling day-to-day client requests and building out digital strategies together with our other expert teams. The consultants team has a strong commercial focus, and is responsible for ensuring that all the work done with clients is good business for both the client and Signifly; in terms of both value created, money paid, overall satisfaction and long-term strategic impact.
Your most important role will be to drive successful and loyal client relations. You will seize new business opportunities together with clients and help foster growth in their businesses. You will have the task to handle day-to-day requests from a range of Signifly’s clients and we expect you to act proactively to resolve their needs and inspire new initiatives. You will also take part in our strategic partnership building and help develop digital strategies for clients - especially for those clients that you service on a day-to-day basis. Further, you will have the chance to join some of our new business, marketing and networking activities to start growing your own network and nurture specific leads to form relationships from the early onset.
Internally in the Signifly team you will also have an important responsibility in planning, communicating and following up on the work that is agreed with the clients you service. You will have a key role in ensuring motivation and guidance for the people involved in solving the relevant tasks, and you should always make yourself available to ensure alignment on commercial agreements and strategy, as well as help to resolve any disputes to ensure long-term partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
Lastly, you deeply care about understanding your clients’ business and you have a genuine interest in making them successful. You go the extra mile and build strong bonds that go beyond the professional relation ensuring that your clients feel appreciated, recognized and understood.

You have a deep understanding of how different businesses operate and you are able to get creative and use that knowledge to suggest novel, strategic improvements.
You have excellent communication skills in English, spoken as well as written.
You are passionate about technology, design and digital innovation.
