We are Shield and we're on an exciting journey. We are looking for an Inbound Sales/Customer success professional to join our team based in Copenhagen. You will be the first sales and customer success professional. You'll get ongoing sales & customer training to help you become a future leader.

Danish is not a requirement but you must be able to work from our office in Copenhagen with the rest of the team.
We're a Copenhagen-based tech startup with a multinational team of diverse backgrounds - personally, educationally, and professionally. We help creators build and grow their personal brands on Linkedin, and we help companies empower their employees to become brand ambassadors. We do this through a commercial dashboard solution, bringing stats and analytics to LinkedIn through Software-as-a-Service.

Your qualifications
You are a master's student in sales/marketing/business. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
Fluent in written and spoken English
Interested in Business and sales
Relevant work experience
Prior experience in sales/account management/customer success is a big plus
CRM experience is a plus
Additional languages are a plus
You are coachable and able to troubleshoot
Open and social mindset
You take initiative and you are not afraid of failing
A day in your life at Shield
You will be working as a hybrid between B2B inbound sales and customer success.
You will be working with agencies, trying to understand their situation and figure out how SHIELD can fit into their organization.
You will be the first point of contact when an agency requests a demo. You will be also the point of contact after-sale to drive product adoption and make customers stick.
You'll get weekly sales and customer success training to make you the best professional possible. You'll be introduced to multiple tools to make more informed decisions and maximize your focus.
You'll create content proactively on how to better use Linkedin.
Your work is critical to activate our customers and users, as well as have them expand and increase their usage of our product.

The position is 15 hours per week (150DKK per hour) but we are flexible around exam periods.
