You’re not afraid of voicing new ideas, and you gladly talk to everyone around you in the office to sniff out the best stories and cases to present on our different communications platforms.
Your daily tasks can be split into two categories, which are both very important for our company and our brand – Commercial and Employer Branding. We intend to target potential clients as well as hires, since the biggest reason behind our success is the people who have chosen Shape throughout the years.
You will be:
Managing campaigns and creating various content for different communication channels including website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Ensuring that we communicate in line with our defined brand platform, as well as positioning and core narrative
Continuously adjusting and developing our strategy for content and communication
Managing and updating our content calendar and communications plan currently in Trello
Reporting status and progress on activities based on the agreed KPIs
Continuously developing and implementing new employer branding initiatives including collaborations with educational programmes, writing job postings, and creating ad campaigns
Collaborating with external partners on project we cannot facilitate in-house.
You may have:
2+ years of experience in a similar position working with B2B content marketing and communication on social media
Flair for and experience with communicating digital products/technology-based products and commercial solutions
Experience with search optimised copywriting.
You do have:
The ability to speak and write in both Danish and English fluently.
