We are looking for a Studio Operations Manager to be in charge of the day-to-day operations, finance and administration of the company. A reliable entrepreneur who is passionate about turning visions into reality and enjoys alternating between a "helicopter perspective" and hands-on tasks.

The company

CCCCCCC is a Motion Design and Animation Studio with an ambition to create exceptional storytelling through animation and motion design of the highest quality.

The aim is to animate good stories and valuable knowledge. We will work with content that creates reflection and value, projects that come from the heart and ideas that are futuristic. We will help to promote an understanding of the complex and bring out the nuances of what is simple. As a company, we believe that creativity and originality can have an impact on sales, actions and attitudes.

We collaborate with a number of the largest Danish communications agencies and also solve tasks directly for both large and medium-sized Danish end customers – including names such as Novo Nordisk, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, MobilePay, Danish Health Authority, GoMore, Danske Bank and Lundbeck. Also, international giants such as Vice, Tinder and The Atlantic have approached CCCCCCC on their own.

The company's founder, Nicolaj Larsson, has successfully run CCCCCCC for many years. He is self-taught and has worked professionally with motion design and animation since 2008.

In addition, the company consists of a strong team of five full-time professional enthusiasts and a vast and close-knit network of various freelance profiles.

Nicolaj runs the entire company, but in the future, hopes to focus even more on his passion – vision and product – and therefore wants to find a solid business-oriented and administrative partner with whom he can further develop the company.

The product

CCCCCCC produces living communication. This can be in the form of TV commercials, SoMe films, sponsor films, information films, explainer videos, product videos, corporate presentations, animated assets for web, apps and SoMe, instore & outdoor films, trade fair films, visuals for events and much more within the core competence of motion design and animation.

However, the product never comes in the form of a craft alone. It is as much a process where the customer always feels taken in hand and helped forward based on an assessment of each customer's knowledge of the craft and with ongoing advice so that the customer is always navigated in the most qualitative direction.

In other words – CCCCCCC always assumes a professional expert role in branding, visual storytelling and creative concept development.

Daily work life

For CCCCCCC, it is important to facilitate a good daily work life for the employees, in which curiosity is nurtured. Our daily work life is informal, and humour plays a big part in our fellowship. We value community spirit because we believe that together we can achieve the best results – and because making work hold a positive role in the individual employee's life is an end in itself.

In our daily production, we understand the whole as something greater than the sum of its parts. We believe that collaborative minds (and hands) are the way to the best ideas, processes and products. Manifesto

We have formulated a manifesto, which in seven independent points articulate who we are and what we would like our company to be.

The manifesto is intended as an internal compass to help us keep the company on track and help us stand out from the crowd of studios – both in the eyes of customers and in the minds of existing and future employees. We must say what we do and do what we say.

What kind of a person are we looking for?

As mentioned, we are looking for a Studio Operations Manager to be in charge of the day-to-day operations, finance and administration of the company. A reliable entrepreneur who is passionate about turning visions into reality and enjoys alternating between a "helicopter perspective" and hands-on tasks.

You are a strategic and logical thinker but who also knows how to navigate and reinforce a creative process. You have a commercial understanding and can help take CCCCCCC in new and exciting directions through existing and unexplored customer relationships. In close collaboration with our founder and creative director, Nicolaj Larsson, you will be responsible for further developing and strengthening the profile of a creative and quality-conscious company with high ambitions – and focus on a healthy and meaningful working life that takes the individual employee into account.

It is important that you enjoy and are able to create and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, so that our collaborations are strong and characterised by mutual trust. Therefore, the ability to collaborate and communicate is highly valued – not least within the CCCCCCC.

What are we looking for?

As Studio Operations Manager, you will be a central and supporting element in the company, with administrative and operational responsibility as well as a supporting commercial co-responsibility.

Examples of tasks:

• Ensure that CCCCCCC acts and appears as a competent, credible, effective and business-focused company.

• Translate the company's vision into concrete action plans and marketing strategies.

• Day-to-day management and HR tasks in the office.

• Control, coordination and optimisation of the organisation's resources.

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of methods, systems and work structure.

• Plan and ensure the implementation of sales and marketing activities.

• Management and negotiation of budgets and contracts with suppliers + cooperation and supplier agreements with customers.

• Motivate, inspire and engage staff on a daily basis.

• Help create the physical framework for a creative and healthy workplace.

• Ongoing coordination and follow-up of internal projects, plans and budgets.

Some of the practicalities:

• You will work from the office in Copenhagen.

• Salary is negotiated on a candidate-by-candidate basis.

• Office hours are 9 AM - 5 PM, every weekday.

• We have flexitime.
